I just put some chanterelles as you only get those during autumn and then eat them during christmas&winter as a sauce or soup. They dont really lose any taste or texture even, maybe other mushrooms would i dunno never tried freezing other than chantarels.

What's better? I like Basmati because not only is it cheap but it also cooks quickly due to being so small.
