I really wasn't a drinker, but I'm just in love with the taste of scotch. I'm setting rules for myself to not let it take over:

1. no drams before 8 pm.
2. no drams if my chores aren't done (my neighbors are alcoholics and they have piles of dishes and laundry everywhere, gross)
3. no drams if I haven't been to the gym 4 days out of the last 7.
4. no more than 3 drams a night
5. no more than 10 or 12 (haven't decided) a month
