I don't recommend microwaving cheese because of the damage it could do to your body if you ingest the oxidized cholesterol that microwaving creates. Pic related is what I did yesterday, obviously the rind was not gooey like this, but the hot cocoa melted the rind from hard as a rock to something meaty and umani. Seriously though, don't microwave cheese or anything that has cholesterol.
