Best in-oven thermometer? Are there any cheap, quality ones that don't have a bunch of pointless information shown at all times? I just need current temp and an alarm when it reaches a specific temperature.

Enjoy. 1-2 cups of chicken stock (or whatever stock you want really) is what I do, just eyeballing it. Then pressure cook for however long I need to for the chicken parts I'm happening to do.
