I disagre with your assertion, if from a good Chinese restaurant then a lot of it is pretty good. I do sometimes like the sauce on the side. Also some places have the "traditional menu" in English which is really good.

Why do you presume that Chinese food is trash yet you proclaim jap food better? Jap food is fucking boring, they love that samurai honor shit but what rock did they hide that honor under when they sneak attacked Pearl as punks for the NAZIs? It didn't work out too well for them did it?

Try out pig ears in chile sauce. That's weird and unexpected, that's kind of why I like it. A decent restaurant can make things that I've never had before and I like it that way.
I think that jap food except for unagi and gyoza is fucking trash so stuff it.

Nobody is forcing you to go to any place, some chinese restaurants have multiple menus. The standard menu and the traditional menu where for instance I can get pig ears in chile sauce.

As I wrote, they're really good. They're also very messy to eat.

It sounds and looks weird but they're really good. There's not much meat on them and it's best done with fingers so it's messy and the kind of thing best not eaten in public or in a restaurant. The meat on the ears kind of has to be sucked off and nibbled at so it's good for a takeout dish once a year or so.
