It’s not a shithole at all (though south Warren is) and is the #1 city in the nation for longevity of residency with the average being 30 years, whereas the national average is just 8 years.

Pretty much once you move to Warren, you never leave.

Not yet but with the changing “demographics” here in Warren, it eventually will be…

Also, Dragonmead has really good beer but they’re snooty and it’s not a cool place to hang out.
