it still splashes and spits plus it stinks up the house, frying outside eliminates it entirely plus the whole neighborhood gets to smell it and seethe
I used to post picks of me frying chicken outside in the middle of the night, i wish i still had the pics

it is, flour, egg wash, flour again. i mix onion,garlic,paprika,cayenne, salt/pepper into the flour.
comes out nice and crispy

bruh just toss some garlic/onion/salt/pepper in flour then drop the chicken in the flour then egg then the flour again and let sit for a few minutes before frying

it is a pain when you start just like homemade pizza where it's a whole afternoon ordeal and you kitchen is trashed afterwards but after you been doing it for awhile you get a rhythm and know how to minimize the mess and time wasted, then it's not really any worse then any other home cooked meal.

I grab the fryer off the top of the fridge and take it outside and start heating the oil
come in and cut the chicken, dip it in flour then in egg then back in flour and put it all on a tray.
by then the oil is hot so i go drop it in the fryer for a few minutes
scoop it out onto a tray and go eat.
by the time i'm done eating and washing up the dishes the oil is cool enough to strain and clean the fryer.

There is actually less pots and pans then when i oven roast chicken and saute veggies
