Alright then, let me start us off this round with my version of the Crêpe Suzette, aka flambéed crepes in a sugary orange sauce, finished off with a blazing orange liqueur.

As I'm leaving on a trip tomorrow, I did not have the time to make a proper vertical so below I'll just post a picture of the ingredients and the flambé part.

Flambé might not be the most original idea for this round, but I was short on time, and it's not likely I'll be able to light up a barbecue/bonfire in student housing, in the middle of a city any time soon.

They actually came out tasting really good, just the right balance of sweet and bitter.
