Morning fellas.

I decided to give my cold brew maker a try today and it's very weird. Extremely strong but also not. I added a little sugar to it and it was nice but the fact remains that the actual taste of the coffee was absurdly potent. Also a little bit of the grounds seemed to have leaked into the coffee proper which means I may need to go one notch coarser. Any advice for cold brew? I normally use a V60.

I've been looking around and there aren't many local roasters in my little corner of nowhere and the ones that are here have very lacking variety. I Does anyone here buy coffee that's shipped to them? What roaster(s) do you buy from?

Basically I'm looking for roaster recs.

Tempted to getting into buying more specialty stuff since my grocery store is kind of a shit, but I am not unhappy with what I have and I'm trying to keep costs low.

Oxo is a good brand. I can't speak to that specific product but if you want something that'll last they're generally a good buy.
