I really thought I wouldn't like the triplelupa, both because the regular chalupa is garbage compared to the double, so going down another size intuitively seemed like a recipe for disaster, and because I don't like TB's larger specialty items, as they tend to have poor ingredient ratios and distributions. But, through the power of irony and cognitive dissonance, this thing is actually pretty good. It's not really one big item, but three dollar items you break apart, and they're prepared perfectly. I was really worried about getting a gimmick item on the premiere night - as they had limited rehearsal - but they nailed it. I'm not saying it's worth what they charge, but I might order it again before it goes away.
