It's called "kapustinca" - literally sauerkraut soup. It's traditional food usually prepared around christmas and new year. It may or may not contain some mushrooms, they are definitely not the main ingredient.

Yes there is a purely mushroom soup. My grandma makes creamy mushroom soup around christmas every year. (pic related)

But there is no such thing as "mushroom soup with some sauerkraut in it".
