OP here. Did not expect such mentally unstable replies to such an innocent, mundane question.

100g of protein isn't even a lot, and yes, for some people, it's too much, but for others, it's not enough.

You should ideally getting your protein sources from several different types of food, not simply meat. Home-made protein powders are also a pretty good idea.

Quark is pretty legit, too. 30g of protein for 250g of it, in the form of only 170 calories!
