Once you get past that first day and the hangover, you have a chance. If you pick back up every morning you get stuck there.
You just need a bad enough drunk to where you don't want to pick up for a day. It WILL happen. I just hope it isn't some really bad rock-bottom shit like killing someone drunk driving or burning down a house. Best of luck.
