Sometimes when I eat a lot and feel bloated, this massive sac below my solar plexis but above my tummy inflates like a balloon. It's like a second gut (I'm only 135lbs)

Is this the gall bladder? Also when I have to pee, my bladder inflates and it look like I'm pregnant. I can tell how badly I need to pee based on my pissbaby size. I can hold a steady stream for up to 55 seconds. Anyone else ?
