"Wood fired" is kind of a meme anyway, anyone can get the puffy center, crispy bottom pizza with a stone and a home oven. The type of oven is leagues less important than the recipe.
I would allege that my homemade pizzas are better than most "good pizza places." That's because I can take the time and expend the effort in one pizza to make it very good as opposed to trying to sling two dozen within the hour.
