I actually killed the pig myself. We have a bit of a feral hog problem, their meat is rather inedible unless it’s in sausage form with some added fat from other animals. If you’re poor, I highly recommend just going out and shooting feral hogs for an easy supply of a lot of meat, but you are gonna need some fat. Just tell the guy to turn the thing into breakfast sausage. You need extra fat or your skillet is gonna be bone dry.
