I don't have a diagnosis, but I was having near-severe symptoms and saw many doctors, and quitting gluten was the only thing that has worked. but im more miserable than ever, I grew up italian-american and a runner, so I ate carbs at least every meal and most of my snacks too. it's been two months now and I just feel empty.
I had a dream I was in a bakery the other night, I watched the bread come out of the oven and smelled it. it was so real, it smelled amazing. I took the loaf and ate the whole thing unsliced and I had a cupcake too on my way out. i woke up so depressed I haven't even left the house since. it's been three days
