If I cook a nice meal and she refuses it I always get mad at her and it makes her sad. Cooking is almost a foreign concept to her, she came from a really shit home (obviously, she's dating my autistic ass)

Are there any tricks to getting her to try and like new foods? I made roast brussel sprouts last night and she acted like a 5 year old when I tried to make her try one. She'd only barely nibble on it then say she didn't like it. I was 10 seconds from literally reeeing and I don't wanna bully her because it just makes her cry and feel bad.
