I've lost 45 lbs on a crash diet. I know that's not ideal. But now that it's about done, how do I eat like a normal human to maintain my weight?

For years I've treated myself like trash to get to that point, and then for months I've treated myself with a major deficit to get back down to normal, so I have no idea what to do. My parents never taught me good eating habits. I was always a super skinny kid, so they let me do whatever, but booze did a number on me.
