KEK. Posted this before, you reminded me of the time I was making guac for a taco party at home. Had a non-cook family member help prep all the ingredients and used my vitamix then when I went to taste-test it was bitter as all get out. I assumed some of the avocados must have had a rotted spot somewhere inside as can happen with finicky ripening sometimes. I only found out later that that they were being peeled like a tangerine and dropped into the machine WHOLE. So my Vitamix processed 4-6 entire avocados PITS INCLUDED to fine dip-like consistency with no damage to the blades or motor. I heard the loud crunching sounds as it was working but assumed that was normal operation from the onion, peppers, cilantro, etc being blended...
