my dad is obsessed with fancy european food, especially involving raw meat. He never shuts the fuck up about steak tartare and kibbeh nayeh and how "omgz it's so good but you can't get it in america" blah blah blah. He also loves fish, especially seared ahi tuna that's raw in the middle.

but he REFUSES to eat sushi because it is quote "just some raw fish or tuna from a can with some rice and soy sauce that they charge $6 a bite for"

fuck old people and their shitty 1960s eating habits.
