Chicagoans seethe at this. Euros please comment freely. NYC pizza is thin, very thin. And should be eaten hot. It's fine to reheat. But it should curl nicely in the palm and cheese be dripping off, even w/o extra cheese. No fucking toppings needed. The flouridated water makes it unique also. That's just how it is. Sorry no lead in the water like chicago.

Sick of buying nasty frozen pizza, want to make my own but wanna freeze them to save time preparing them in the future.

Best way to freeze NYC style pizza?
