"Mouthfeel" is commonly used by dog trainers, for selecting appropriate toys and foods. Especially retrievers, whose job it is to go get the bird after you blow it up with a shotgun. A dog who has not been trained for mouthfeel can develop a hard bite, and will ruin the game with teeth marks.
