your pan is too hot and the meat you're throwing on the pan is too cold. its a reaction similar to why you aren't supposed to run hot water on a freezing hand, or cold water on a hot pan.
oil with a low smoke point will help you out more as well

You can always just leave ramen in a container of water and it will soak it all up, you don't need a microwave or stove. Pound for pound you want something calorie dense, with variety, so high-fat meats and most starches would do nicely. And so you don't get malnourished and all fucked up you NEED to invest in a multivitamin.
Make sure you always buy your food from those rundown, broke-fag, poorfuck grocery stores and make sure you're buying generic brand, not name brand.
Get some oil as well, cheap, and a large amount. You'll need the energy from time to time. And if you can invest in a few of your favorite spices you'll not kill yourself or resort to petty theft.
