There's no "lesson" to "learn". By the time you are having strokes, you are already past the point of doing anything to prevent them. I've had two, and I'll keep having more until they kill me. The bloodthinners help reduce the risk of an ischemic stroke, but if a vessel bursts anyway then I'm going to bleed out into my brain until I die.

And believe it or not, this was't even my fault. I was perfectly healthy until I moved to Taiwan and ate their shitty industrially-contaminated "food oils" that they use to prepare everything. Whatever crap they were dumping in the oil caused massive HBP that nearly killed me, and left me with aneurysms all over the place. I've had three burst already and one of those is where I keep having repeated strokes.
