here is the best one that isn't vinegar-based
nice and hot but not crazy, dirt cheap, and easy to find. absolutely great hot sauce

not my favorite, but in terms of widely-available sauces that are not vinegar-based and have some noticeable heat, it stands out
it's also dirt cheap, unlike some of the super faggy extreme sauces you can only buy online

not into carrot-heavy sauces myself
limits their applications. any of the melinda sauces i just eat on a spoon because i can't find too many foods to use them on. a vinegar-based sauce (but not a louisiana sauce) that uses superhots and doesn't use fruit or carrots is the sauce for me. plenty of them.
pic related is unrelated but it is also good and isn't a trendy hipster sauce because it can be found anywhere. i highly recommend it for a versatile sauce that has reasonable heat, and nothing that might turn you off such as vinegar or goddamned carrots
