Talk about times people were not classy in restaurants.
I have a friend that always asks "is bread free", he then asks "are there free refills on soda" every single time as though this is not a standard practice.
he will sit there and just keep ordering free bread and sip a coke the entire time until he is full and never actually order food and also he lives in this delusional world that since he is not ordering actual food he is somehow more entitled to the bread provided at the beginning of the meal and hogs the basket.

we went to olive garden and he asked if bread was free like usual (you know the main selling point they push in almost all their commercials), and the waiter said "don't worry about it".
He left the waiter a HUGE tip and then got mad that nobody else was not doing the same, he said "you really need to tip him more, he hooked us up with the bread"

against better judgement he came out for a friends birthday at a higher end restaurant and got pissy because there was no hamburger on the menu, one of my other friends had enough of his bullshit "shut the fuck up, sorry they don't have a kids menu here for you"
