when prisoners get their hair cut or they cut their nails, the hair and nail clippings should be collected, ground up into a flour like powder, mixed with water and make simple naan like bread with it. Served with water.

Any insects collected by the prisoners in the prison could be added for extra nutrition.

This way a prison could even sustain itself without draining tax payer money all while als promoting recycling and sustainability.

lol I once put a live lobster into a regular pan screaming hot with just a bit of oil. Had to hold a lid on it, the thing kept moving around, great method as well.

Buddy of mine dared me to drink a big bottle of canola oil in one sitting. I agreed, how will this affect my body and/or its digestive organs? Can I just shit out the oil or piss it out?
