In Osaka we have a couple restaurants called "Kinryu Ramen" in Namba district where the restaurant stays open 24/7 and caters for late night workers or drunk people .

There is no menu, simply "ramen" and they only use 1 broth and 1 type of noodle and only customization is pork on top or no pork. The unique thing is they serve bottomless steamed rice and kimchi free of charge. I have not seen this combination (especially kimchi) outside Osaka
