>start mealprepping my meals at $2.50 a meal
>take 2 packages of minced chicken/beef/pork (~300g each)
>put them in a pot and let the meat cook in the meat fat oils
>add 4 diced carrots
>add 4 diced potatoes
>add water and mix with a generous amount of pepper, paprika, chilli powders and other seasonings
>mix them up and leave the stove on for 15 minutes
>enough food for 4 meals
>eat by myself at my desk at work
>coworkers laugh and ostracize me for being a boring loser that eats the same thing everyday
>meanwhile they go out and eat at restaurants and spend $8 a meal followed by a Starbucks(tm) coffee for $5

Anyway, what are some simple meals to mealprep?
My "stew" usually tastes spicy so I don't even bother adding salt or using broth.
I usually used minced meat because they cook faster and I can eat the first serving immediately after it's doing "stewing" in the pot.

>take 1 package of minced chicken/beef/pork/kangaroo/crocodile/etc
>put them in a pot and let the fat in the meat self oil themselves
>add 2 diced carrots
>add 2 diced potatoes
>add a bowl of water
>generously add pepper, paprika, chilli powders and other seasonings
>mix them up and leave the stove on for 15 minutes

Voilà! A simple meal for 2 meals!
