Why dirty up another (unitasking) tool? The knife is out. The cutting board is out. The garlic is already on the cutting board. Doing it this way takes seconds to do. Why add extra steps and more dishes to clean at the end when a knife works just as well? Seems illogical.

How can I as a white dude acclimate my tongue to stand spicy food? The best I can handle is butter chicken or KFC Zinger burgers... Both of which pretty fuckin pathetic.
