My absolute favorite pizza that I will always get when the toppings are available is chicken, bacon, pineapple, and roasted red pepper. Most of these toppings are not always guaranteed at any given pizza place, though, particularly the roasted red pepper. Sometimes I'll get it without pineapple when I'm not feeling it.

Excuse my wife's fat arm in the photo. Her go-to pizza is usually a white pizza with chicken/sausage and mushroom, but only if the mushrooms are fresh. Canned mushrooms are lame.
