Viewers tend to fall into two camps nowdays:
1. Food-videos as edutainment who the first two buckets are for.
2. Utilitarians looking for detailed How-Tos w/Reasoning and Ideas and not wanting to scroll 2/3 down a blog post to get a recipe, who the third bucket cater to.
