So /ck/, what personal Raguseaisms do you have?
Do they actually benefit you or are you just being a limpwristed soiflake for the sake of it?
My personal Raguseaisms are:

I dont use lettuce at all, i get my mandolin and thinly slice lots of different cabbage varieties together every time i want salad. Its really good as it has a better texture and taste, doesnt go limp, looks great and lasts for days, cannot reccomend this enough. You can always chuck some lettuce in with this if you want to anyway

I use finely chopped curly kale or spring greens instead of parsley for everything unless im making tabbouleh, the flavour parsely brings to any other dish is miniscule and its just there for a bit of greenery to look nice. Kale/spring greens lasts longer in the fridge and is actually good on its own as a side, parsley is basically worthless and not worth buying

A squirt or 2 of tomato ketchup in your curries is a must, it adds so much to it and it makes the poos seethe

A couple of small ones that i'll just mention for the hell of it
I use greek yoghurt instead of cream basically every time
I use rapeseed oil for everything except deep frying, from roasting to shallow frying to marinades to salad dressing. Cant be fucked to buy extra virgin olive oil.
