You guys are really that dumb that you need science to convince you that consuming burned charred foods
is not good for you.
You need science to convince you that burned charred dark roasted coffee should be avoided if you like
to avoid getting cancer from it.

Can't you see the obvious reason why majority of coffee is roasted to dark roast level, it's not because dark roast produces better tasting coffee
than medium roast (or lighter roasts), it's because low quality coffee beans when roasted to medium or lower levels will taste like shit.
So the tricks roasters use is to burn to charr coffee beans to dark roast level and to create this uniformed harsh taste and that way they can sell
low quality coffee beans at normal prices that otherwise they would have to sell at very discounted price.

See if baker can pull this scam, trying to sell burned charred blackened bread at the same price as the properly baked bread.
Baker could not even give that type of bread away for FREE never mind selling it, but coffee roasters can sell burned charred blackened coffee at regular prices.
Or see if restaurant can convince you to eat and pay for burned charred blackened meat.

But coffee roasters are very lucky in this regard because they brainwashed gullible consumers that dark roast burned charred coffee is as good
and as desirable as properly roasted coffee to medium or lower levels and that you should pay for this very sub-standard product the same
price as you are paying for the quality properly roasted coffee beans.
GREATEST MARKETING SCAM KNOWN TO MAN.

Tell me people why baker can not sell this burned charred bread but coffee roasters can sell burned charred coffee beans (charging normal prices for it).
WHAT'S THE SECRET WHAT'S THE TRICK?, my baker friend likes to know.

Do you guys think if I open Cafe and only sell dark roast burned charred coffee beans with selection of burned charred bread can I make good profit on both of them.
Or is there a chance that customers will refuse to buy the burned charred bread but will pay premium price for the burned charred coffee.
