I'm about to go shopping for actual healthy food so my body doesn't die but I'm a complete brainlet.

1.) What essentials do I need to make sure every nutrient is covered? So far my list is:
-Sweet Potato
-Canned Sardines
-Riced Cauliflower/Broccoli
-Water
-Brown Rice
-Chicken Breast
-Hot Sauce to give chicken flavor
-Spinach

2.) Should I just drink sugarless fruit/vegetable juice for my daily requirements? I feel like there's drawbacks to this but maybe /fit/ dudes would know.

3.) I just recently learned what BPA is so now I'm paranoid about everything from my water bottles to my sardines. What brands don't have BPA in the packaging? There's really no way to tell unless the company says so, and even then they could be lying. I can't even buy the regular brand water now with the BPA shit in there. Please help!
