Space Coast Florida here, what we have here locally is a mixture of Vietnamese and Latin cuisine on the cheap. But the American cuusine we have would probably have to be fried gator with spicy mayo and any fish/seafood dish you could think of. Mahi mahi sandwiches are the bomb not to mention some Southern classics we have without having Southern culture. Our bbq is focused around pulled pork and ribs with baked beans garlic toast and lots of sauce. If you visit Florida I highly recommend trying as much gator as you can, tastes like chicken.
