This was from a little ramen counter in Saporro that opens at like 10pm and runs all night. It was delicious, but a bit sad that the owner wants to make other kinds is ramen but this one is so popular he can't.

Saporro Black ramen, famous from a particular late night ramen shop. The sad part is that the restaurant proclaims the owner wants to make other styles of ramen, but this has become so popular he can't escape it.
