Been drinking straight whisky for a while now, never had Vodka straight before though. Friend poured me what I thought was water with ice and hands it over. Ask why there's a bit of an after taste and if theres something about the ice cubes. Tells me it's just straight Vodka.

I literally couldn't tell I was drinking Vodka like water, is this normal?
