Yesteryear had some of these bois when visiting Germany.
It's chickpea plant sausage so the only oil in it is that which you add yourself.
It was nice and smoky and chewy and spicy.
Delicious.
Bonus: it was entirely plant based so less artherosclerosis for me, naturally.
