For me, it's all but a handful of businesses in my area. Either because they were unwilling to pay their employees more than unemployment allotted, raised their prices to an absurd level, or more often a combination of the two.

The few businesses that are actually "back to normal" usually offered a niche product that you couldn't get elsewhere or were smart enough to use their small business relief to weather the downturn without raising prices too dramatically.
