No I didn’t make it but I surely will try in the future, I also bought a can of condensed milk to play with cappuccino.

I’m still playing the croissant game, tonight I made batch number 2 and the result is dramatically better (pictured: formed croissants ready to be frozen before they proof).

Tomorrow morning I’ll see if this time I worked correctly.

Why? It’s just caramel sauce, it enhances the natural caramel flavour of the dark roast coffee I used and acted also as a sweetener because I didn’t add white sugar.
