for a home cook ceramic is super easy to clean
and work just as good as any other

Yeah, i'm not a regular at /ck/, but today I made soup

>bigass head of cauliflower and a portobello mushroom starting to mold
>time to cook
>cut off mold, blend cauliflower
>fry up a bigass onion, the mushroom, and carrots
>cauliflower, onion and chicken stock in a pot
>after it simmers, put in milk and cornstarch
>shitload of rosemary, lots of other spices

I didn't use a recipe, I just kind of winged it and it turned out comprehensibly french tasting. Does this ever happen to /ck/?
