>it's 5 degrees above

What do I do now? I feel like I just wasted a stick of butter.

Hello /ck/ I would like to take the cook pill but don't know what to make.
I'm looking for a simple standard 'feed' solution that will satisfy my needs, is easy to cook, and won't break the bank.
Ideally I would like to eat the same exact meals every single day of my lie.
I have no dietary restrictions and I'm a pretty skinny guy. In the united states but I'm not afraid of eating some weird shit as long as I can find it at the grocery store.
So, I would really love it if you guys could just lay out a simple 'autists delight' intro to cooking meal plan for me.
I'm a NEET so prep time isn't much of a big deal either but obviously shorter would be better.
My best guess would be
>Oatmeal
>Yogurt + fruit
>Eggs + potatoes
>Chicken + rice
>Mac n Cheese + Tuna
Every day, that seems like about enough food but I don't really know, and like I said I've never really been a cookfag before either.
Sorry if this is off topic or whatever, I checked the catalog but didn't see a stupid questions thread or a beginner thread so I figured I'd just make my own
Thanks!

How do I make kung pao sauce like these shitty chinese american restaurants use on their kung pao chicken? I have a cabinet full if all the chinese sauces and oils and cooking wine, etc. I can make a decent stir fry sauce but so far whenever I try to replicate the kung pao sauce from these mom and pop type chinese takeaways its never the same. Their kung pao isn't even spicy, i add sugar but its still not the same sort of sweetness their sauce has.

Have you ever been to a restaurant that was so good, it prompted you to leave them a google/yelp review?
>Moved to new area
>Really like kabob shops
>Try a couple different ones within a week
>Meat was decent, but pretty small portions, while the rice was lacking, and the sides were usually just small, bland side salads or vegetable soups
>One close by me that I haven't been to yet
>Apprehensive cause it looks pretty shitty and always seems empty
>Decide to try it out anyways
>mfw the meat is extremely good, along with the rice, and fairly portioned
>mfw also get big portions of lentils and chickpeas, along with Naan bread
>All of this for only $12 (and even cheaper if you didn't get lamb like I did) compared to the $15-16 at other places
>Leave a 5 star review on google, have never written a review for a restaurant in my life

>wish I could just take a pill for each meal that had all my required nutrients.
Take the bigpotofsloppasouppill and you only have to nuke bowls of the stuff for all your meals for a few days. Rn my sloppa is simmering.
Diced up chicken breasts, cabbage, rice, frozen broc, a carton of broth, water and some herbs and spices.

>rip recipes from online
