Lord, that's a whole new thread on it's own. Seattle is HUGE on beer and wines. TONS of local breweries and vineyards and every single flavor under the sun you can imagine. One of the tastiest I've had was a dark lager with Pecan flavor. It was thick and creamy almost a meal by itself. Exquisite.

We also have garbage, like Rainier. It's basically watered down piss, but it's got a cult following.
