Nah, it's minced beef with gravy and vegetables, with mashed potatoes on top, with the whole thing baked like a casserole. Sometimes you put a little bit of cheese on top too.
A Sheperd's Pie is the same thing but with lamb, and an Admiral's Pie is the same thing but with fish.
