Hey Brits of /ck/,
I saw a Gordon Ramsay video where he said to use sour cream, "or, if you can't get that, use creme fraiche". Is sour cream hard to get in England? In America it's the opposite. Grocery stores usually have several rows of different brands of sour cream, and maybe a tiny corner of one size/brand of creme fraiche. Anyways, how about a difficult to get ingredients thread.
