My favourite is the Danish hotdog with the works. It's what I get when I'm at the trough and also what I make at home on those rare occasions. Never had much to compare it with since all countries around me lack a hotdog culture.

>Sausage of choice (100% pork is a must though)
>pølse ketchup
>sweet mustard
>remoulade
>raw onions
>fried onions
>pickled cucumber
That's all there is to it, always hits the spot though.
