Thoughts? Looks great. You're not nuts I've grilled a steak over a few coals at 3AM because fuck it.

Scale down the recipe but look up if that effects cooking temperature. Some recipes are a little sensitive and will overcook/curdle before done at higher temps.

Oh I'm just saying there's rarely such a thing as overkill and I'd rather he support quality. He'll probably FIND uses for it if he cooks. Also it won't just shit out on him, and if it does they stand behind their stuff, but the odds of that are so damned low. I mean, why not buy the ultimate multitasker and support quality shit?
