Well bros I am starting keto again. I lose so much weight when I am on it. Not sure how long I am going to make it this time, but could you guys suggest keto style recipes to help complete my mission of weight loss?

Someone give me a quick gestalt on smoking meats. Never smoked before. Is there a point of diminishing returns? Is it better to smoke something, chicken wings for example, for 100% of its cooking time, or to grill it low and introduce smoke towards the end?

Anyone here have any success with a carnivore diet? Tips?

Its pretty straight forward. I had some pilsner malt and I boosted that with some local honey to increase the fermentables in the wort. During the boil I added Chinook Hops early to bitter and then late and dry additions of Citra and Simcoe for aromatics. Its not very bitter at all though and quite approachable for anybody I would say. The flavors hit you but dont linger into an aftertaste, making you eagerly want to take another sip.

Will taste good this weekend when I grill for the boxing match. That night I may get drunk.
